You: CraigBob, is that a French all-accordion orchestra?
Me: Why, yes ... yes I'm afraid it is. And it's playing all your pop fave-raves.
You: And the chick in the rabbit ears?
Me: A traditional European hen-party. It's best if you pursue the topic no further.
You: You are very wise CraigBob.
Me: Thank you dear friend.

Pentecôte
Paris Me
etup group at Parc des Buttes Chaumont - it might seem a little weird to go on a picnic with, oh I don't know, 50 or more strangers. But that's exactly what we did today. And it was pretty cool actually. Met some new people, drank some French wine, ate some French cheese, spoke a few languages ... and as a bonus ... talked controversial but friendly politics with a French woman.

Oh and from last night ... Junior saying "mais non!" to the Burgundy Chardonnay. And a heavily LightRoomed Eiffel shot.

- Us: huh?

Brocante

Which is the French name for a flea market ... not to be confused with Les Puces, the mother of all French flea markets where the only thing ruder than the prices are the vendors [rim shot]. No, the neighborhood Brocante is actually kind of cool. So since Amos and Laura were delayed for an additional day in Paris, we hit this one in South Pigalle.
